I have spent a small fortune on Satya Jewelry pieces only to be highly disappointed. Most of my jewelry pieces are severely tarnished and discolored or broken. You’d think that paying such exorbitant amounts of money would afford you high quality pieces but that’s not the case. I have jewelry from Lucky Brand that has lasted longer and better than Satya Jewelry. Don’t waste your time or money on Satya Jewelry-not worth the dissatisfaction.

I was gifted a Mandala necklace, and less than 2 weeks after wearing it daily, the chain broke. I contacted their customer service, as I wanted to avoid telling the person who gifted it to me (MIL). I was told that since it was bought on Amazon, they ar not responsible for fixing it!! How does THAT work exactly?? It is their product, yet they won't be responsible for it???
I had other items on my wishlist as a big birthday is coming up, but I gave removed them all. I want to save the embarrassment to the gifter of having spent a LOT of money only too have it break shortly after (their stuff is not cheap!!).

If they're going to charge so much for their products, they should at least stand behind them, no matter where they afte bought!

Beautiful intentional jewellery with excellent customer service! I had some issues with a pair of earrings and they were extremely generous and helpful. Would order any time again!
